Global Fund I - Private Real Estate Debt Fund

Our Private Real Estate Debt Fund provides our investors with high yield returns on their investment while minimizing their risk. This is typically a very low risk investment guaranteed by Real Estate owned, acquired with first lien position placed by the Fund. Fix and flip property, short term bridge loans, hard Money Loans with terms of one to two year and a maximum of 70 to 75 % Loan to value

Example ( appraised Value = $200,000, the fund would lend $140,000)

Global Fund II - Private Real Estate Development

Our Real Estate Private Equity Development Fund aims to provide our Investors with a preferred return on their investment. In addition, our investors receive a share in the profits generated by the projects in which the funds from our General Partner and investors are invested. Diversified portfolio will consist of new ground up construction on single family homes, townhomes, condos or commercial properties, Fix and Flips, acquisition of income producing property among others.

Inna Mosiuzhenko, Master in Economic law bring over 10 years corporate international experience, structuring, processing and underwriting residential and commercial real estate properties as well as Project Financing. Multilingual fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese, English and Spanish.

Manager of Acquisitions

Over 20 years real estate experience, realtor opening new markets, ground up construction projects, fix & flips, and commercial real estate projects. Responsible for overseeing real estate purchasing activities and implementing and negotiating terms and contracts for the purchase.
